Health & Safety Notice

Cadens is a fitness and active-lifestyle tracking app. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Metrics shown in the app — heart rate, pace, elevation, calories, recovery hints, and similar figures — are estimates for general fitness tracking and may be inaccurate.

Before starting any new exercise program, or if you have, suspect, or are recovering from a health condition, injury, heart condition, or any other medical concern, please consult a doctor or a licensed physical therapist first.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or any unusual symptoms while using Cadens, stop your activity immediately and seek medical attention.

Workout templates, suggested paces, and interval plans in Cadens, including pre-built workouts, are general starting points only. They are not personalized medical or coaching advice and are not tailored to your individual health history.

Terms of Use

By using Cadens, you agree to use the app at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadens, Shivora Labs, and its developers are not liable for injuries, health complications, or damages arising from use of the app, its tracked data, or its suggested workouts.

GPS-based metrics — distance, pace, elevation gain, and route — depend on device hardware and signal quality and may vary from actual conditions.

Cadens is intended for general fitness and wellness use only.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Cadens, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, harass other users, or share another person’s private information without permission.

No Emergency Use

Cadens is not an emergency response, rescue, or safety-monitoring service. Do not rely on Cadens to contact emergency services or locate you in an emergency. Call local emergency services if you need urgent help.

User Content and Sharing

You are responsible for workout notes, photos, profile details, feedback, and other content you submit or share. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Cadens a limited right to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the app features you use.

Service Availability and Beta Changes

Cadens is provided during beta without service-level guarantees. Features, workout templates, integrations, and data displays may change, pause, or be removed as we improve stability and safety.

Your account and workout history are retained until you delete them or delete your account, including after the beta period ends. Temporary beta, QA, and debug logs are kept only as long as needed and then expire. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

Cadens, the app design, software, branding, workout templates, and related content are owned by Shivora Labs or its licensors. You may use them only as allowed by the app and these terms.

Wearable & Third-Party Data

Cadens can connect to third-party services such as Garmin Connect, Apple Health, Samsung Health, Android Health Connect, Fitbit, and other providers that sync through supported platform health services.

Data imported from these services is provided “as is” from the third-party provider. Cadens is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timing of data supplied by those services.

Health and wearable data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate depending on the device, provider, permissions, sync timing, and user settings.

Early Access Version

There is currently no billing, no paid subscription, no locked feature access, and no payment flow in the beta version.

Privacy

Activity, profile, and wearable data you provide is stored in Cadens’s backend database to power your account, history, and sync features. Access is restricted to your own account by row-level security rules. Do not share health information you are not comfortable storing in the app.

Governing Law
