Early Access Guide

Find your rhythm. Track it clearly.

A practical guide for Cadens beta testers: account setup, workout tracking, adaptive plans, sharing, widgets, privacy controls, and known beta limits.

Cadens is not medical, fitness, veterinary, or safety advice. Stop activity if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual fatigue, or unsafe conditions.

1. Create and verify your account

  1. Open Cadens.
  2. Tap Create Account.
  3. Enter display name, email, and password.
  4. Agree to the Terms & Health Notice.
  5. Confirm your account from email.
Confirmation may open in browser first. After confirmation, return to Cadens and sign in.

2. Home screen

Home gives you the fast daily read: greeting, Beta badge, walking momentum, weather intelligence, this-week totals, and a live workout banner when a session is active.

3. Track a workout

Tap Track, choose activity, then start. Outdoor activities use location when available. Indoor or low-GPS activities can still track time and manually entered values.

4. Finish, save, and review

When a workout is complete, tap Finish, review the summary, then save it. Very short accidental sessions may be filtered from history so test entries do not clutter your stats.

Saved workout sessions appear in History. Custom interval routines appear under Workouts.

5. Cadens AI Coach

Open WorkoutsAdaptive training plan. Cadens AI Coach is currently rule-based beta guidance. It looks at selected activity, schedule, recent completion, and safe progression rules to suggest the next best step.

Adjust or skip workouts when tired, sore, sick, injured, or short on time.

6. Guided programs

Open WorkoutsGuided programs. Programs are multi-week plans grouped by activity type. Completed or skipped sessions should move the plan forward based on calendar date and completion history.

7. Dog Walk and Lawn Care

Dog Walk helps track walks with a pet and can separate normal walking from stop-and-go patterns. Pet-related insights are estimates only and are not veterinary advice.

Lawn Care tracks mowing and yard movement. Keep children and pets away from active mowing and follow mower manufacturer guidance.

8. History, sharing, and widgets

History shows daily rhythm summaries, workouts by date, route previews when GPS exists, and core metrics like distance, time, steps, calories, pace, and elevation when available.

Use share cards to create clean recap images. If route data exists, Cadens shows a small map preview. If no route was captured, it shows a clean fallback.

Widgets may refresh after opening Cadens or after Android refreshes background widget data.

9. Privacy, export, and deletion

Open ProfileSettings & Tools for Privacy Policy, Terms & Health Notice, Export My Data, and Delete Account.

Delete Account removes your Cadens account and associated app data from Cadens systems, subject to operational, legal, security, and backup-retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Feedback

During beta, feedback shapes the app. Email support@shivoralabs.com with device model, Android version, activity type, expected result, actual result, and screenshots if safe to share.

Thank you for helping shape Cadens.
